2. Productupdates

A lot is happening in the CRM market in the pharmaceutical industry. Since we previously connected with Salesforce-based Veeva environments, we have onboarded the first customers on an API between our consent management solution and Veeva Vault. In addition, we will soon also launch a connection with Veeva Network

Our consent & preference management platform is continuously being developed. Version 3.0 will be available to new customers from December 1. This version is built on the latest technology, is faster, features an improved API for quicker connections with Salesforce, Veeva, etc. The search capabilities have also been improved and it allows us to add new functionalities more quickly.

Since the end of this year, we also have a standard connection with SpotMe (Onomi). SpotMe is an enterprise-grade event engagement platform designed to help organizations run virtual, hybrid, and in-person events with a strong focus on participant interaction, compliance, and measurable outcomes.

Since the end of 2025, we have also offer a connection with HCA from IQVIA.

The Healthcare Authenticator (HCA) is a specialized authentication and single sign-on (SSO) solution developed by IQVIA to verify healthcare professionals (HCPs) and streamline their access to digital platforms. It ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while improving user experience for doctors, pharmacists, and other certified professionals

3. Key Topics 2026

The 5 key topics that pharmaceutical and biotech companies should focus on regarding consent management in 2026.

  • Make consent management scalable

“Relying less on the field team to gather e-consent is necessary. This method has limited scalability, tends to be costly, and HCPs are progressively adopting digital communication channels.”

  • Embrace consent automation and audit trails

“Managing consent obtained from various (digital) communication channels within a CRM requires many manual processes nowadays. Combined with a lack of detailed audit trails to confirm consents, this often leads to poor consent management processes.”

  • Eliminate scattered consent data

“When consents are still scattered across various systems without a central consent master, trust is at risk and valuable commercial opportunities may be missed.”

  • Improve Data Quality

“When consent data remains scattered throughout the organization, its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are often affected. More critically, its relevance to the HCP may be at risk”

  • Focus on follow-through and call to action

“Obtaining consent is important, but without implementing strong follow-up strategies for healthcare professionals, opportunities to connect with HCPs across multiple channels and ultimately reach patients remain limited.”

4. Exclusive offer
