Prevent duplicate customer records and keep your database clean!
The OptInsight e-consent & preference management solution contains a unique “Match & Merge” algorithm. This feature can automatically detect duplicate customer records based on input parameters such as First Name, Last Name, Specialty, etc. When duplicate records are detected, the system will propose a “merge” to the most complete customer record (e.g. the record with a OneKey ID), vastly improving data quality.
All HCP data fed into the OptInsight client tenant for which the personal data records are incomplete can be processed by the Match & Merge functionality.
OneKey database.
When the IQVIA OneKey database, often used to fill the privacy data ledger, is incomplete, unknown HCPs can be added to the privacy ledger. In this way, the database is enriched with missing doctors’ data.
The M&M functionality executes an automatic matching process via an algorithm (based on Initials, Last name, Postal Code, Email and Professional Registration number) and in case of a failure in automatic matching, it facilitates the manual matching by making suggestions for matching.
HCP data collected, which cannot be matched, is recovered, because it is stored in Match & Merge until further actions are taken.

One of our clients had a real issue with scattered HCP data and incomplete HCP records stored in several applications. We were able to clean up and combine these databases and this action reduced the number of records from 100.000 to 65.000 in a short period of time. This was an improvement in undoubled record of 35%. With all HCP records ending up in one database, we provided a single source of truth.
