How you can give meaning to the role of Delivery Lead
In short, by helping our clients implement our technology into their daily practices. As Delivery Lead, you will co-own, work on and oversee the process of onboarding new customers in collaboration with one of our project teams. That means you’ll work closely with the commercial team and mostly with the Customer Success Lead to ensure that our proposed solution(s) is implemented in an efficient and effective way so the customer benefits the most. You’ll supportand spar with project managers on the right approach, tools and processes.
Meanwhile, you’ll streamline the onboarding of new customers in a way that is scalable and future proof. In doing so you’ll also act as the main point of contact for the project managers, business analysts, privacy consultants and technical developers for tweaking the delivery approach(Runbook). Alongside that, there are plenty of opportunities to work on your own set of projects and use those experiences to help improve on existing processes and approaches.
Last but not least, not only are you great at bridging the gap, you enjoy doing it because you value building meaningful relationships by creating solutions and guidance that work for clients.
What you build upon
You bring in experience in client-facing roles where you showcased how setting high-quality standards and structures, led to great results. You’ve worked on international projects/environments before and have experience with commercial and compliance processes, preferably within the Pharma and Life Sciences Industry.
You describe yourself as a creative person who gets a lot of energy when further developing (new) ways of doing things better, more efficient and aiming for the best quality. Onboarding and implementation are your fields of expertise, but you enjoy working with different teams, sparring and engaging to see how we can achieve a seamless process whilst managing the expectations ofinternal and external stakeholders.
You have a solid foundation in:
- Client facing roles and project-based working
- Coaching and leading skills
- Change management
- Experience in and a vision on commercial use of data
- Self-starting in development and implementation of customer delivery processes
- Good eye for quality and structure: setting standards for the entire organisation
- Pragmatic and strong at managing expectations and various stakeholders
- Leading delivery progress
- English and Dutch (spoken and written)
