How you can give meaning to the role of Lead Business Analyst
In short, by helping our internal organization and clients implement our technology into their daily practices, with your in-depth understanding of business processes on the one hand, and IT on the other. How does this translate to your daily practice? Well, as Lead Business Analyst you will co-own, work on and oversee the development of the strategical roadmap. Here you’ll work closely with the CPO to make sure that the strategical roadmap is still relevant and we’re always on track with delivery.
Meanwhile, you’ll guide a team of Business Analysts that work on different (client) projects. In doing so you’ll also act as the main point of contact for the Business Analysts, in case they have questions or want to spar about certain topics or solutions. Alongside that, you’ll also work on your own set of projects and use those experiences to help improve the roadmap.
Last but not least, not only are you great at bridging the gap, you enjoy doing it because you value building meaningful relationships by creating solutions that work.
What you build upon
You bring in experience in client-facing roles where you were the linking pin between the Business and IT. You’ve worked on international projects before and have experience with commercial and compliance processes, preferably within the Pharma & Life Sciences Industry.
